Hi there! We are Denise and Jack from the Chicago area. We we discovered the Destin, Fort Walton Beach area in 2007 on vacation. We loved the area so much we acquired our first vacation condo Paradise Found in 2008. It became our home away from home as well as a favorite for our returning guests.

In 2011, Tropical Splendor joined the family…its second floor location and closeness to the pool provided our guests a choice at Summer Place.

In 2016, we discovered our Sanctuary on the Beach…at Azure Condominium, we added our personal touches and it is now available for your vacation.
